These terms apply to the Torippa app published by AldeanApps. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Torippa. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time.
2. Your content
You own the trips, places, expenses, messages and other content you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only so the app can work.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Torippa to post or send content that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or intimidates anyone;
- is hateful or discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation or any other characteristic;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activities;
- is spam, a scam, phishing or impersonates someone else;
- infringes someone else's privacy or intellectual property.
You also agree not to misuse the service, for example by trying to access other people's data, disrupting it or scraping it.
4. Reporting and blocking
You can block any user and report users or messages from their profile or from a chat. Blocking stops them from messaging you or sending you friend requests. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without notice.
5. Expenses
Balances and expenses are a tool to keep track of shared costs. Torippa does not move money and is not responsible for payments between users or for errors in the amounts entered.
6. Ads
Torippa is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Torippa running, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, AldeanApps is not liable for indirect damages or for losses of data or content.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using Torippa after a change, you accept the new terms.
